BB* Breakfast with your Bestie



This is a simple way to make breakfast or brunch. I haven't included any measurements so you can adjust it to whoever many people are eating. It's really fun and easy, but most of all it's great to make in a summer morning with your bestie.


Ingredients:

- orange juice
- grapes
- strawberries
- croissants
- english bacon
- oatmeal
- almond milk
- salt & pepper
- sugar
- cinnamon
- eggs
- cheese
- honey


Preparation: 

In a small pot heat up some almond milk, once warm add sugar and cinnamon to taste and lastly oatmeal. I prefer the ones with small flakes, but choose whichever you like best. Turn the stove off and keep stirring to ensure it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot or burn. Cover it and set aside while you prepare the rest. Now, place your croissants to a slightly warm oven so they are nice and toasty when its time to eat. Heat up a pan and add the bacon until crispy, with the fat rendered from this you can cook your eggs for extra flavor. Crack the eggs in a small bowl and add a pinch of salt, pepper and a little bit of milk. Whisk the eggs together and once well incorporated pour it on the pan. Once the bottom has set start stirring the eggs around to scramble them, once they are almost done, take off the stove and add the cheese. Now, you're almost done, if you want to you can cut your fruits or leave them whole. Pour the oatmeal in a bowl, add some fruits on top and drizzle with honey. Place your scrambled eggs and bacon on a plate, place the croissant on the side, serve the orange juice and its time to feast!
