Berries Espumilla
This is for real the easiest recipe in the book. It's a really well-known latino dessert that everyone loves. You can change the fruits to change the flavors, it pairs up with really anything and it can save you in a pinch! Ingredients: - 2 eggs - 1/2 cup of sugar - 1 teaspoon of cream of tartar - mixed berries Preparation: Place your mix berries- I chose blackberries, strawberries, and raspberries- in a pot with a bit of water and some sugar. Let it warm at medium heat but 15 to 20 minutes stirring constantly. If needed crush the berries with the back of your mixing spoon until everything has become a homogeneous compote, once everything has come together and the mixture is well thickened and reduced set aside to cool.
